Subverted Spaces was created in collaboration with Aaron Veryard Brisbane based dancer, performer and electromechanical installation artist and Megan Beckwith. This work explored the use of multi-media and mixed media to develop an installation work based around the theme of ‘Subverted Spaces’ using projection, choreography and found objects. Space will be destabilised, sabotaged and subverted in an investigation that intersects the ordinary with the hyper-virtual.
